it is an ARB, the gent I bought it from had it installed, im very happy with it. I have a Warn 8274 mounted in it- and I have an OME 1.75" lift to compensate for the weight of the winch and bumper.

Locally there is a shop in NVA, Maryland http://www.tricktrucks.com a guy in my office has had his truck worked on there (lift, tires, etc) and gives them a rave review.
